Deadlines & Specifications:
  • Space Reservation is required by the 10th of the month preceding publication. All materials for ad production and changes are due by the 5th. Camera-ready ads are due by the 12th.
  • Acceptable Formats - PDF submissions are preferred. Some versions of Quark, Photoshop, Illustrator and In-Design may also be accepted. A hard copy of the ad is suggested. Advertiser assumes all liability for content, including font and art usage.
  • Payment is appreciated with initial insertion order. We accept all major credit cards. Pre-payment is required in some instances.
  • Cancellation for reserved space must be submitted in writing with a 60-day advance notice. Advertisers are liable to provide acceptable material by due dates. If not the Publisher reserves the right to repeat a previous ad or charge the full rate for unused space.
  • Women's Lifestyle magazine reserves the right to refuse any ad that is of a vulgar, sexist. racist, or of any degrading nature.
